Questions, answered.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are instant and prorated for the difference. Downgrades on a monthly plan take effect at the next renewal, your current month stays active. Annual plans run to the end of their billed year, then renew at the lower tier; we do not refund the unused portion of an annual term.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You get a 30-day grace period at the new tier to adjust your active lots; after that, excess lots are auto-archived (oldest first), never deleted. Upgrade again any time and they come right back.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Switch the toggle above to Annual to save 10% on any paid plan, billed yearly.
What are AI valuations?
An AI valuation analyses your lot against sold-price comps and returns a fair-market range, a resale recommendation, and a confidence score. Treat the range as a reference; the decision to bid is still yours.
How do AI credits work?
Each plan has a max credit balance sized for the burst you actually need (e.g. 8 credits on Hustle). Credits refill on a fixed cadence — daily for paid tiers, weekly (Friday) on Free — up to that max. A lot valuation, Smart Import, or Quick-Paste each costs 1 credit; an invoice parse costs 3. Unused credits stay on your account until you hit the max, so taking a few days off doesn't waste anything.
How do I earn extra AI credits?

Is the Free plan time-limited?
No. Free is free for as long as you want, 5 active lots, 1 auction, 5 max AI credits that refill +1 every Friday, and in-app alerts. Upgrade only when the volume justifies it, and your data and lot history come with you.
What are "saved auction watches"?
A saved auction watch is a URL you give AuctionIQ, an auction-house catalog page or a saved search, for example, and the system pings you when new lots show up there. The number on each plan is the cap on how many watches you can have saved at once.
